Ferreting on the Yorkshire hills

Simon, Torchie, Sooty and Shaun hit the hills for a days ferreting with a difference. The weather was shocking, the visibility even worse but that didn’t dampen the boys spirits. Good clothing and hardy animals ensured that even in the poor visibility, the change in ferreting tactics paid dividends.
Tawny was truck bound but with Torchie's ageing dog Moss coupled with the long nets, ensured that no one got lost in the mist and the rabbits were still harvested. These harvested rabbits on these Yorkshire hills can be classed as truly organic as the hillside is untouched by human hand or its synthetic fertilizers. The butcher and bed and breakfast/pub owners were over the moon with such cleanly caught rabbits, proving yet again that the provenance of ferreted rabbit is unquestionable.

I am sat in the workshop with the wood stove glowing watching this , and the bitter weather you were working in made me feel cold. I would have turned around and gone to the nearest pub , i must be getting old.Good work lads.

Shooting times has the equipment to do all editing ,film crews and exp , so they should be good and they film the people and stand back ,also there's areas in the uk which is very easy open countrysides with very high numbers of rabbits to film ,which helps too ,????? some of us have to do the complete job ,and sometimes can get good results
