For the 10 minute farm, do not use a sword with knockback or fire aspect since these will mess up the armor stand.

You dont really need the armor stand, so you can build the farm and already use it with slower rates to farm yourself another sword without fire aspect. After that you can place the armor stand back wich will increase the rates

Hey can you guys make a nether perimeter tutorial?
I always thought it would be funny to do the endermite trick on the post in the center of the end portal. So all the endermen fall into the overworld at spawn.
This would require a chunk loader of sorts (via the overworld end portal being chunk loaded and a block duper loading the End) in order to work.
@@Teyeranitar would just want a single player at world spawn and a second player at the end portal. Don't think there is another way.

i hate how i made the 10 minute farm and as soon as i started using it i forgot that armor stands burn up when you use fire aspect. great farm, works well, but is there any way to be able to use fire aspect?

Hey, i dont have an highend pc, I have an low budget laptop which gives 20 fps in minecraft. Can I put my simulation distance to 5 chunks which is the lowest, render distance to 2 chunks and max framerate to 5 fps while afking overnight. This way, minecraft will take less load on the laptop.
By doing these settings, will the spawn rates differ or the spawn rates will go down in afk farms ?

Maybe download a fps performance mod and I don’t think it will affect the rates but I’m not an expert so maybe try in a creative world and test it

with the 128 blocks away from the island, does that 128 blocks include the cobblestone block from the lava cast or not?
Nah, just get exactly 2 stacks and use all of it
i don't think it matters as long as u are away from the island, so that endermans only spawn in your farm
doesn't matter, whatever you want.
you also use carpets on top off normal blocks
@@ourpoochbuddy5260 Carpets do not prevent Enderman from teleporting, only from spawning. If you did this, your bridge would have angry Enderman teleporting onto it and you would die.
0:21 using dirt as building block (for platform) is recommended :D

@@specttrre i accidantly used my fire aspect sword, i think thats the problem
edit: nevermind its not, i hit the armor stand against the leaves, maybe its my knockback
@@BoxBro_ my sword doesn't have knockback and i've found that it's still possible to hit the armor stand and move it out of place. if the armor stand gets pushed away, you can just pick it up and put it back in the right spot.

you could make the 2nd one WAYY better. if you dig down like 40 blocks (be careful not to fall into the void, bring a bucket of water to help) and let the endermen fall and take fall damage, it will make the farm produce way more xp as it shortens the time the enderman is alive.
That's how i did it also and it works so much easier. As long as you dont go over 41-42 blocks they wont die and they one hit. Endermans have a max fall distance of 42 blocks "so it says online" so i went with 40 to just to be safe
@@monstereng43 its the smartest thing to do, its practically the "best" enderman design they have made but without all of the hassle.
i dont think that would be more productive, because the spawn area is like a circle around the player, so if you are standing deeper then less enderman will spawn on the island
@@Redstoneprofi01 while that is true, its not correct. yes less enderman will spawn, but, if you get endermen to go I think its like 10 blocks away from where they spawned a new enderman will spawn there. meaning that because the endermen fall those 40 something blocks a new enderman will spawn immediately. that's why things like portal farms are insanely efficient because the moment you clear the mob a new one will spawn

ive been using it without the armor stand and its been working exactly the same.
the 10 min farm was made by DashPum4. it isn’t necessary becuase its the entity cramming that kills the enderman and you hit the armour stand for sweeping edge cuasing them to drop xp. not gonna explain cuz dashpums tutorial explains everything

So the sweeping can damage to enderman
Swords work like this, if there are 2-3 mobs in same place you can hit it and damage all of them( even without the sweeping edge enchantment) although the damage will be distributed and it would be less
But here in case he just needs to damage them slowly and the xp he get will be used to mend the sword

And it will be a lot slower to hit one at a time instead of twenty at a time
when i punched the armor stand with my sword it got launched back. i noticed later that it was becuase i have a knockback sword

@@watchpab10for some reason there's a chance they can break the leaves,and for yet another reason idk fully,waterlogging the leaves or putting carpet on top of them stops this from happening
The 1 min and 10 min farms take longer than 1 min or 10 min.
The footage for 1 min build was sped up. Similarly, while the timer was sped up for the 10 min build, it was not sped up to scale. The timer was sped up less than the footage.
If the timer was sped up it would go faster and give them less time also they probably took dozens of tries to make the farms in time
@Evildormat-wp3qg nup OP was saying that the FOOTAGE was sped up, and when the time was sped up it was sped less than the footage

Why you need to waterlog leaves? Just damage a bit the endermans? If yes, why you need to waterlog the upper piece and the back, if it is not spawnable area?
Enderman can’t spawn on waterlogged leaves, and can’t pick up leaves.
Enderman cant spawn on leaves but they can teleport on them and brake the farm. They cannot do that on waterlooged ones

Waterlogging of leaves was added in 1.19. So, either update your minecraft version or use a different enderman farm design.

for the 10 minute one it can be done better for a bit of extra time. dig down at least 40 blocks deep "if you can" every void is different but just enough to create as much fall damage as possible without them dying and also dont use the metal bar to hold the rail cart it will fall off because the endermite moving around will move it far enough to eventually fall off what i do is use glass instead and then keep another glass block directly over the rail cart once the ender mite is in there and it never moves
works but I keep destroying the armor stand.
Check if you have fire aspect (I think dashpum tells you exactly the sword you need in his video)
