This is great. The AVP YT content rollout fell off a cliff. Love hearing about the realities of it after the honey moon phase is over
the reality is avp is half-baked vr headset.
apps is still in progress, they should have rolled this out by 2025 oe beyond.
After the hype I still have my Vision Pro and I am enjoying it. I love it.

I'm using other product that helps me exercise everyday and have fun playing games. I also able to setup mine ro have 5 virtual monitors for productivity but nothing beats the real monitor and laptop.
you will definitely enjoy it for weeks or even months and then it will collect dusts later.
With very few apps, avp is hald-baked vr headset.
vision pro and all other ar devices (i own a quest 3 and use ar a lot in similar way to what's shown in this video) are basically futuristic giant touchscreen monitors summoners with a primarily tablet based/pc's monitor based use, that only you can see. an ar device was definitely worth, idk bout 4 grands of avp but an ar device is a must nowadays if your workflow or entertainment flow are a lot tech based

I have experienced an Apple Vision Pro demo, and the pass-through is excellent. What you see in AVP videos are screen captures that do not quite capture the reality of using it. Unless you have motion sickness or a weak neck, the AVP is fine for most users. I have no issue during my demo.

People would ask if we can achieve more with the Vision Pro. Say Productivity, are you doing a lot more or faster with Mac + Vision Pro added together and achieve higher productivity given the added pressure of wearing the headset. I am sure that there would be people willing to use the Vsion Pro and thinks it fits their work and life style. But what's about the average person. You need to plug in the headset with the cables and wires around you and getting just about the same productivity as someone just using a Mac. Does it make any sense?

I'm quest 3 wanna be. But I enjoy seeing how this device makes the most of Augmented reality. It's really applying pressure to the augmented reality sector*

nothing is thorough here, it's subjective. avp still lacks good apps and shared experience is just limited to 2 while meta quest had been using this feature and not limited to just 2.

I’ve had my AVP for just over a month and I took my first work trip away for three days and I am craving my AVP.
There is nothing better than using AVP for movies for social media for pictures for games for communicating, etc.. The only thing I haven’t been able to do with it yet is work, and that is I probably would be the only one using it for a virtual meetings at this point
I have three colleagues and two friends that own an AVP and it is definitely a big success with each of them and myself. I am of course very excited about WWDC and any visionOS updates.

CZcamsrs used it for only 14days and return them because they have no intentions on spending huge amount for a product with less apps that costs 3.5k++

just to be clear, shared experience is already a feature even in meta quest 2, don't claim that apple will revolutionise this. they are known to copy feature and sugarcoat it with nice words and then claim it their own.
Stop being a hater, AVP is better than quest so deal with it!!
