Original Video: • Taylor Swift - exile (... - Zábava
Taylor has written every single song she has ever put out, when she has co-writers they usually just give a few suggestions (they have said It themselves). Taylor is the main writer, always.
i can't speak for every song, but for cardigan taylor only wrote the lyrics
Taylor literally the main writer in this Album. Basically she's the main writer in every single Albums that she made.
I think she co-wrote this one with Bon Iver and most of the other ones with Aaron Dessner from the National. It's one of her few albums she shared song writing credits I think
Ok apparently she wrote this one with William Bowery and specifically requested Aaron Dressner get Justin Vernon from Bon Iver so sing it with her
Ok and then Justin rewrote some of it himself lmao
"Dessner shared further details: "And then we sent it to Justin and he re-did obviously the male parts and changed a few things and also added his own. He wrote the 'step right out' part of the bridge, and Taylor re-sang to that. You feel like, in a weird way, you’re watching two of the greatest songwriters and vocalists of our generation collaborating. I was facilitating it and making it happen, and playing all the music. But it was definitely a 'Wow.' I was just a fan at that point, seeing it happen."
@@erikgilson1687 William Bowery is her boyfriend's fake Name lmao
@@folkwhore8322 haha that's awesome
She did write the whole album herself the co writers helped only for some part
She actually did write all of them. if you look at the writing credits it's literally just her name all the way through, and a third of the songs have Jack Antonoff and Aaron dessner listed as co-writers. anyone familiar with Taylor's work knows that she's in the driver's seat when it comes to songwriting, ALWAYS.
I think you should react to "my tears ricochet" which in my opinion is one of the best on the album but I agree exile is beautifully written to show both sides of a crumbling relationship
Taylor writes every song she puts out, having co-writers doesn't mean she didn't write, they just added things to HER songs. Just wanted to point that out, she's in the Songwritters Hall of Fame for a reason.
I've watched a few reaction videos to Exile, but I have to say you raise some really interesting points and topics that others don't mention. Very cool video!
Thank you!!
Its funny that they said what will she do when she ever gets happy, will she not better able to write music? she now writes breakup songs with her boyfriend on folklore and evermore and I think its funny lol🤣
I loved Justin Vernon on that.
Would really love to see your analysis and reaction to the rest of the songs, especially My Tears Ricochet.
Also I believe I read that this song was originally written by Taylor and an unknown writer known as William Bowery, and Justin Vernon (the singer in it, who is also part of Bon Iver) just added the lyric "So step right out"
So you are correct that its mostly a Taylor written song
Thank you so much for this! Please, react to Berriett Wilbert Weed singing her bucket list. I love her version of "He Wanted A Girl"
Can you please react to "Beautiful Ghosts" and break down her vocals?
Love your review ❤️❤️❤️
🙌🙌🙌
I’d love to see more bon iver
Listen to illicit affairs next! It's my favorite on the album.
taylor wrote her part, her boyfriend wrote the male part (and harmony), and justin vernon & taylor wrote the bridge
Oh awesome!!
React to this is me trying
