Suzuki Jimny rear bumper removal hack, walkthrough with step by step instructions

Is it a hack, is it patently obvious?
Maybe it will help someone, but the first time I removed the rear bumper, I disconnected all the connections of the string along the bumper.
This way is so much easier, so if you haven't thought of doing it this way, or are just looking for a tutorial before you remove one, here it is!!
We shot this video a few weeks ago but have been incredibly busy.

I have now offroad metal bumper, but thanks to your video disassembly was fast and smooth. Assembly was a problem, little bit...because that bumper did not fit well...
