It's been some time now that reporters routinely ask "how" questions. I understand they're prompting the person to answer more fully than they otherwise might, but I wish they'd get more creative with how they structure those prompts.

I'm skipping the Middle East news. I've lived decades listening to news about the problems over there and nothing has changed. I can't be concerned anymore. I'm sure the current world leaders will sort it out and I'm just glad that Biden is in office, surrounded by knowledgeable people and supported by our allies. I am thankful that our previous president is not in office ... you know, the one who pushed our allies away, sucked up to dictators, and never listened to any good advice his entire life.
The thing is if Trump was president, none of what's going on would be happening.
This foolishness of thinking that the Middle East conflicts are only caused by the Mjddle East countries…you probably need to educate yourself about the actual history of that region. I suggest you read work by Prof. Jeffrey Sachs about what country has meddled there for years and has helped to create and continues to maintain this instability for their own geopoliticsal interest…evert elected leader followed the same practice.

The only way to stop AI takeover is in our powers as consumers - to practice sound judgments in our consumption choices. The way I see it, greed will exploit AI without any limits.

So who cleans the robot's? Does the robot detect bad meat or produce? Who repairs the robots? What does the robot do when there is an emergency situation in the restaurant? Does the robot receive supply orders, verify supply orders, stack and store supply orders? As anyone who has worked at a company that said they are going paperless end up creating more paperwork. These robot restaurants are going to find out that in the end that it's going to be more expensive.

It really is a deeper root problem than just the weapons.
Hopefully, the Australian government will do something to reduce the number of knives. Knives with blades longer than two inches are weapons of war and should be only in the hands of the military. Background checks should be required for all knife purchases and knives should be registered with the government. These same rules should also apply to any tool that can be used as a weapon like screwdrivers and hammers. Purchasing gasoline should require a background check at the pump too. This madness has to stop. No one should have anything that can be used to easily hurt another. Be the leader Australia. You took the guns away from your citizens and gun violence has gone away. Now it's time to stop all violence.
