- 🦷🧠 Tiktoks generally make me cringe but some of these just take the cake!! Hey friends, today I'm reacting to dentistry and dental school tiktoks and letting you know what I think about all these topics. Hey Stephen. I've been out of dental school for 44 years now, love your channel.
Regards this video - you're going to be continually amazed at what people DON"T know about their teeth. One of the best/worst examples I can think of happened in an art museum, believe it or not. There was a painting of a skull on the wall. I was behind three college age kids. One made the comment to the others, in a somewhat surprised tone of voice:
"Look, the teeth go right down into the bone!!!!!!"
I wanted to "slap 'em up side the head", but I resisted. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much! Definitely difficult to say but I would almost venture to say it improved everything I did in dental school by a letter grade. No idea if that’s accurate or not but Anki really did help me

Thanks for the comment! I didn't know there was one but I just looked it up, and it looks awesome! I went to High Point in highschool for a lacrosse camp, and I was absolutely blown away by the campus. What an incredible place. I imagine that would be a cool place to go to dental school!
@@stephenraydentistI went and checked it out I really like the campus. some people call it the ivy league school of the south. they just got their accreditation for DMD. and you don't have to take the DAT!
I bet it's wildly expensive to attend because not having to take the DAT means everyone would theoretically go there until they saw the cost of tuition@@shaggyguides
