- How to pick the perfect book for your photography by looking at 3 different album companies with the same wedding photos!
I get it. Offering wedding albums is hard. What sample album do you choose? What company makes the best wedding albums? What will your clients like the most for their wedding photography? With all of the choices out there, where do you even start with wedding albums?
Today, we have a very special treat! In my 15 years, I've never actually done this before! I have one wedding printed with three different wedding album manufacturers.
With these buffalo wedding photos at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica, I design a wedding album using candid images.
The wedding albums are for the Bride and Groom as well as both sets of parents and one set of Grandparents.
Wedding albums are a genealogical record and an important part of the wedding planning budget.

I get my album boxes from Rice Studio Supply
What is the thickness of the paper in the final album for the couple?
It's pretty thick. The album is the Soho from Renaissance.
What are your favorite styles of albums to create?
I love the larger one 🥰 how much would these cost?
I charge my clients around $3000 depending on the page count. Cost can be close to $1K from lab, depending on lab and upgrades.

Which companies did you use?
Renaissance is the Bride & parents. ProDPI for one grandparent and Nations photo lab for the other one. But ProDPI can do both press printed and photo paper albums.
first one was a photobook not albumb..?
Yes, it is technically a photo book, however they are much nicer quality than normal 'books' and they are listed as an 'album' from PRO DPI.
