Why wasn't she in a body suit float? And if she couldn't swim and why was she in a unsafe floaty without constant supervison? I'm by my daughters side constantly while she's in the pool.
You can't expect children to watch other children!! Especially in this kind of situation!! Kid's are having fun,playing..not baby sitting!! This is why it's the adults responsibility to watch the children.. I hate hearing parents say, watch your brother/sister.. Especially near water!! No,you watch them your the adults!!

How about fencing around the pool....in our country it is a rule for ALL private pools and always have an adult around. Your daughtzr is safe fortunately
My question is where were you in the first place, no parental supervision at a pool party. That should of never happened. Social services would of got involved if it was another race

Great advice. Never take your eyes off them and have a gate. All it takes is a split second.
