    Crossing the leg on the bad side up over your other whilst digging into your glute with a rumble roller is next level. Diabolic & effective! Thank you!

    Never thought to add a band to fire hydrants.
    Great stuff. Thank you.

      The band really makes that one more challenging! Thanks for the comment!

    I don't have this condition but I still do these exercises because the stretch feels good. Thanks Tom for your help and I ❤your book!

      Performing the exercises can also help prevent many of the issues I discuss in my videos, so you have a great plan in place! So glad you are enjoying my book! Did Amazon ever send you a replacement copy since some of the pages were damaged?

      @@RehabScience Well,I don't know how to do that exactly.

      @@kimalonzo3363 oh, I’m not sure of the exact process either. I have had other people tell me that they contacted Amazon customer service and explained the situation. Amazon supposedly then mailed them a replacement copy.

    I have some sciatica pain in one leg and i cant determine if its piriformis or spine issue.

      Hey bro, I'd like yu to get a recommendation from your physio but let me help you explain your problem. It's because I struggled for 4 years thinking that i have Spine related Sciatica. But I have Piriformis related issues.
      Ok How did I find that ?
      My friend had a spine related issue his pain will come from lower back, a pinching kind of pain will occur to him from the lower back of the spine.
      Where's mine is Piriformis related. My pain will come from the butt region. i found it recently by doing stretchs that relives Piriformis pain.
      Hope it'll help and get well soon

    A chiropractic told me that you cant feel pain in more than one spot. I figure if one pain is stopped then theres now another problem so pain will instantly occur there. Its like an endless loop of pains.

    Regarding the first item, using the roller massage. I don't have a roller, but I do have a massage gun. Would you recommend using it for this area and / or sacroiliac pain?

    • @RehabScience
      @RehabScience  Před měsícem +2

      Yes, a massage gun can work well in this area as well as long as you don’t put too much pressure over the tailbone or sacrum and stay out over the glutes and deep hip rotator muscles.
