He must look after himself. Plenty of physio, strengthening exercises, healthy diet. Sack the booze. I think most if not all older skaters at high level look after themselves. Even then, it's still nuts what he still does.

I've been driving past this spot for the last 15 years and always hoped someone would ollie or even kick flip it. Wow! Might have to stop and run up there to get a view from the top one day.
Ryan is a beast! He is killing it for so long! I am also 37 and totally blown away what he does at his age. The bail where he rolled both ankles and hit his head was brutal. He got back up and made it. Hats off!

Dude gives all of us older fellas the motivation & inspiration we need to keep skating. Im in my early 30s & boy do I tell you its a mind fuck half the time. I keep blaming my inability now on my age since I feel like Im not as good as I once was but Ryan proves that reality wrong every time. Just takes more passion & dedication.
I sometimes feel that way, but then I remember that I was never any good in the first place.
