They could go and ask her what age was Roya's sibling and solve fast the issue (Roya was singing lullaby to Diana, mehdia's daughter, so most likely her sibling is a baby and she was used to sing for the baby).. Then, if all else fails, do a DNA test. But to me these 2 kids look nothing alike.
I thought the note said the father was dead and that she had a baby. That boy was not a baby and they don't act like they know each other at all. Neither had any reaction to one another if they new each other there would be something.

He was cheating on his wife & was abusing her physically and mentally and then he came home with another woman & he hit his wife over the head and then wrapped her body in a carpet & late at night he & the second wife dragged her body out & started digging a hole to bury her alive. She woke up hit him with the shovel & ran straight for her children & ran away. She's being living in a hell hole in the ground near a cemetery. She has had many struggles but never gave up. She's finally coming into a good place & don't need this man in her life. I know i could never close my eyes with someone like that beside me. Now he's walking around like he's some kind of saint. He needs to get on with his life & leave her to have some peace. Right now she's terrified & passed out in fear when she heard hes looking for her.

While both children do have similar features, there should have been a reaction when they saw each other. Roya cried when you two found her again, she knows those that were with her before, and I am saying that is not her brother, though the man and boy were on another video with a lady who had found a baby under a rock overhang. The boy is about 5 to 6 years old and would have known Roya, even if they did not talk smiles of joy would have worked. The other child in the mother's note might have been an infant. Check that lady out please. Do not get messed up with other people when Roya does not have a reaction to seeing them. You keep a firm grip on her in these cases so she is not snagged up again.
Additional information: The other video is Cold Heart and she was just at the lady you sent the man to today. The baby is little, about a year old. They really need help, food, milk for the baby and a coat for him too. Please find her and help her and see if this is Roya's brother.

Why do you want to find her mother? Don't you think Roya has suffered enough? What do you plan on doing if you find her mother ? Would it be in Roya's best interest??
