Loving Jamie's office. Suprised he doesn't want to have his desk looking outside. His desk could float in middle under the light on ceiling and then use wall for something else such as bookshelf.
Why can’t we all be lucky and have a Jamie, there just aren’t enough of them to go round 😢 The house is looking so good and I’m loving these vlogs.

Perhaps if Jamie wants black curtains, you could get some that have a white lining that would be seen from outside. There are some that come that way or a white fabric could be added after purchase.
Great idea! I have the Fyrtur electric blinds from Ikea and they are white on the backside and dark grey on the front. Not sure if they have black but Jamie might find the remote control fun and unique for office blinds. Might go well with his grey cabinet.
It is interesting how our taste in decor change with age..when in your older vlogs you had white grey,blush pink decor..now beige,white neutral nudes..Love Jamie's carpet in the office,all his office ..orange tree looks great I would maybe change it to a bigger pot so it grows 😊💛

Greetings from America Gemma & congratulations to you both on your beautiful new home which I sense will be filled with much love & joy. The decor you chose for your office is absolutely lovely & quite honestly it calmed me just seeing it over the internet, you definitely achieved the vibe you were aiming for. And Jamie is an absolute treasure, so talented & skilled at building & fixing things. (I'm an older woman alone with 2 homes in Scottsdale, Arizona & have had to learn to do a lot of jobs myself or hire someone but they don't always put the same care into things as someone who is the actual homeowner.) And I must say he did a terrific job with designing his office as well. I'm taking such pleasure in seeing such a lovely young couple realizing their dreams, my best wishes for every happiness to you both!

Its looking so good! I think I would put the floor lamp in the corner by your desk. It’s nice to have a light shining on your desk if it’s dark. Then, I would move the cute little lamp to the top of your credenza and put it on top of your coffee table books. Paneling is awesome. Jamie is so good at all he does. The two of you are the perfect pair.❤️

Quite honestly Gemma, your office looks amazing! I think the desk would look even better in the centre of the room and the side table where the desk currently is and that would honestly be so aesthetic and cosy.

I'm loving both offices!! Yours is so soothing with the warm tones. I think a large quartz or citrine piece would fit really well on your side table and it'll bring positive vibes as well.
