Mango ice me ,ice process me salt add karna, it's an way ancient technic used while ice-creme frizzing process cause at that time ice-cream makers don't have fridge kind of stuff. Hence, they frizzed ice-creme in big wooden container and around it they put ice and salt ,salt for reducing melting time of ice.
I seen a documentary on how ice-cream evolve from no fridge.
Hence, Kaustubh is winning heart now.❤️
