The agent venom artifact does help carnage alot with not immediately burning the artifact immortality. But I'm also convinced agent venom with authority or Regen would be top 10 pvp

just imagine a reforged ctp of auth. on a t4 character, the steel effect and increasing that effect by the instinct (because t4 have very high instinct), you can easily get more than 30% damage reduction

Got 6 star deadpool artifact and 3 star ancient one and emma frost from artifact chest with 1200 celestial essence. So maybe that chest is actually valuable. Got 5 star nova artifact as well 15 days back and 4 star psylocke.

You may have forgotten that insight gives max hp and all defense (quite a lot of both actually), couple that with his big heals, chain hit damage reduction and ignore+penetration on 4 it's not too surprising that he's good for pvp.
