Hi, if I am an employee earning 800, visale covers half of the amount which is 400. Let's say my rent is more than this (eg. 500), then it won't be a problem for the landlord to accept right? Or does the amount covered by visale have to be equal/greater than the rent?

Yes, you can apply but I would suggest applying after getting accommodation.
