What A Good Pigeon Should Look Like (to me)

A pigeon for sprinting should have a big body full of muscle with small wings and a small tail compared. A longer distance bird should have a smaller body and bigger wings narrow shoulders and small tail.

Yeah thats what I think they should be smaller with narrow shoulders and big wings unlile sprinting birds which are more muscular

Was wondering what you think on stock birds with big names in the pedigree vs birds with not so famous names but have generational winners throughout, which one would produce more winners?

We have some descendants of big name leo heremans birds but they dont perform at all. Fame is not necessary at all to have good birds. I would pick our two time acebirds kids anyday over the heremans strain.

We have about 4 diffrent straines but most are our own strain
