I literally had to stop watching the video. As the mother of an autistic child, these officers......... all I can do is cry for the poor boy and be angry.
You should see the multiple videos of what they do to deaf people who can’t hear their commands. Imagine being attacked because you can’t hear what they’re asking you to do. It’s not like you can’t tell by the way a deaf person is yelling “I can’t hear” and pointing at their ears. I mean the way a deaf person talks is very noticeable that they are deaf. They tased them everytime. I’ve seen at least 3. I cannot imagine seeing cops and not hearing what they are saying and then just being tased and then beaten and handcuffs. How scary that must be in a silent world.
@nicolejohnson9244 You have very valid points except 1. As a person who is severely hearing impaired there is nothing wrong with the way I speak as my hearing loss happened in "later" life. It started in my mid 20's therefore my speech development was not hindered.
It was so hard to watch that happen, it' really annoys me when you see cops say stop resisting and roll over on your front, but at the same time there's like 6 cops holding the person down with knees on them ,so how can some one roll over if the person is being held down, then this poor man ended up getting pepper sprayed .
These interactions trigger me. It’s so hard to watch someone in power do the wrong thing. I would not call the cops unless it was something dire.

People wonder why I get nervous when a cop is behind me. I don’t drive with anything illegal, car is legal but these clowns can cost me lots of money and pull stuff like this. I want to believe the pOlice are here to protect and serve but they really get amped up and do stuff like this.

I want to know the ass chewing the cop got by his daughter after he pepper sprayed her client. The mother was saying that the cops daughter works with Nick. That poor boy.
My younger brother and I are autistic this is why I hate all cops in general because they don't care about if people have special needs or not or don't even check someone's background before wrestling people to the ground. This type of stuff terrifies me this will happen to my brother by accident. Because cops don't check anymore. 😢
As an autistic adult myself, holy HELL did i lose my shit at those cops that did that to Nick. We're already abused enough, and then you throw a power-hungry cop with pepperspray triggerfinger in the mix? I hope they were all forced to do conditioning to learn.

And it sounds like the neighbor of Nick just sat there and watched everything happen. If I had a neighbor that I knew had a special needs disability I wouldn't just sit there and do nothing as I'm watching him being arrested.

What happened to our freedom of speech. Losing a child will of course make someone upset. He wasn’t doing anything that was harmful to anyone or at least in the video. I strongly believe this was because he’s black. It’s a shame.
The guy was a moron for yelling abuse at the cops especially when you have a record BUT the cops are the worst for being offended by some bad words. They arrested someone because he hurt their feelings. That sounds like a clear 1st amendment violation.
That so-called security guard was moving up on & talking a lot of shit with threats to that female officer while she was busy with that stop.
The fact that she had to call for backup because of his antics & advances, is payment for being a pain in the ass & getting all ghetto with them.
They had no reason to be any more patient than she was with somebody that already proved themselves in this case.
The Walmart guy was not detained at the time that they asked for his ID. That's stealing a person's identity. Makes me sick that the first thing out of a cops mouth is I need an ID. When clearly you can tell that they're not in the wrong. Then they huddle and make up charges. He needs to Sue the shit out of them. For putting his child in shock

My son is Autistic & in all fairness, police don't know who has what disability. They need to implement some sort of system so when they call in a person's name it alerts officers to their condition. He did not need to pepper spray him. Idk why cops can't just cuff them, they feel the need to render the offender completely helpless before they will cuff them.

Yes some asinine Karen probably called the cops and said he was a drunk driver if he was driving like an idiot or if she was, but why even do all this instead of just showing them your ID. You wanna be a right fighter and possibly traumatize your child? I’m all for telling police when they’re actually doing something wrong, but it’s showing a damn ID and they alert doing a legal investigation and gave a lawful order pertaining to the investigation.
