When you carry money and drugs in a car without a license plate you have just surpassed a new level of Stupid
I don’t understand how people drive without a license plate no registration and or insurance I mean in Europe when I buy a car at a dealership ( always with a license plate)or from my neighbor you go to the post office sign together(the dealership can also put it in your name)the car over to the new owner call your insurance or get one online you just can’t buy the car and don’t register it the dealer won’t let you leave his store without doing all of that same for the seller of the car I mean when it’s still all in the name of the seller he’ll get all the tickets and fines in his name that’s why I don’t understand why anyone would “sell” a car to someone and taking all that risk let buy the car without a license plate or am I in the wrong here 😊
The cops do it everyday especially if they trying to set folks up

Cases didn't get dismissed because the defendant is ruled incompetent. That specifically means that they can't meaningful contribute to their own defense. Defendants deemed incompetent are held in custody and given mental health treatment until such time as they are ruled competent. The ruling just pauses the prosecution.

We need cops. We need cops to do their jobs within the law and the rights of citizens being addressed. I don't like when they search and ransack a house that's not on a warrant or the wrong house and aren't held responsible or don't have to pay to fix the house. Or when they take a veteran's money. When has legal receipts proving it's his and they don't want to return it. That being stated all cops shouldn't be held responsible for the bad apples. I've had a bad interaction with an officer in a small town saying racist things. But I don't hold all cops responsible for one cop's actions. I don't treat police with disrespect and have had good interactions with all the other officers I've interacted with. That's not how competency works. It pauses the trial until the defendant is ruled competent after mandatory mental health treatment in custody. His case either wasn't dropped and proceeded once he was ruled competent, or it was dropped for another reason

I remember when the police didn't make the people lie down on the ground, instead the people were handcuffed and put into the backseat of the police car, of course there was safety measures so that the person couldn't get into the front seat, and the doors were fixed so that they couldn't get out. The police also patted down the people just make certain that they didn't have anything which could hurt the police officer. If they needed to the police also had the K-9s on the scene to check for drugs.
