Daigo is Daigo. Such patience. I find so hard to fight Guile.
Daigo has spoke on how much he believes in Jamie & feels that heâs a few buffs away from being real broken . I think heâs expecting the character to get nice buffs in season 2 & be absolutely nuts
I think the same. I've always said Jamie is a couple of changes away from being at least Tier A. Make the divekick better, more reliable anti airs and faster bakkai.
@@Grayfox541 I personally donât think Dive Kick needs a buff ? It would be nice but the other two buffs you mention feel more necessary
@@problemsnearyou8899 You should see the hurtbox on his dive: the vulnerable area extends so far below him, Iâm genuinely still not sure if it was an actual mistake.
@@deadfr0g I know that cause I play the character but personally, it feels fair since he can severely change the angle of his dive kick unlike the other dive kick characters to bait anti airs

Shit I'm here saying buff it. It trades with like everything (ex version that is). Imagine it was as oppressive as usf4 Yun dive kick.
This version of dive kick is already tuned down but yet Daigo makes it looks almost like the broken old one.đ€Ł
I checked his stats the other day, he has played more games of Jamie than Ryu this season

Gief is the most improved for fun but Jamie is a discount Yang/Yun/FeiLong. đ Duno why they bother making new characters based off popular old ones.
@@Ming1975 jamie has a cool twist to it with his breakdance and drunk fu, but yeah you could totally say that to kimberly which on top of that is just stupidly annoying and not great as a new character, same for lily she just needs to be deleted she has no point in the game, better return T. Hawk and change him instead

I love how he prioritizes drinks. Jamies that stay at level 1-2 are a bit boring to watch.
I think Daigo knows they gonna buff Jamie even more in the main patch. Capcom's gonna make Jamie top tier. Just watch. So he getting an early jump on his next main.
