40 metres was my limit for distance when I played club rugby as a backup goal kicker. I used to practice almost exactly same way

Hi could anyone tell me how to set the ball up on the prince cause I got a prince today and it’s my first time kicking off a tee and I’m bad. And need to know where to kick it in the sweet spot and the run up thank you.
I’m in England and there’s no rugby goal posts around me at all, so I have to settle for using football(soccer) nets for my kicking
