    Hopefully, you have a secret mirror facility where you can transfer the metals, in case of a foreign invasion.

    @patrick That is not a greenscreen behind you right? How did you get rid of the echo? Sweet 💯

    • @SilverBullion
      @SilverBullion  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Definitely not green screen.
      The echo...I've been doing videos in noisy areas for a long time. I can tell what noises I can scrub out and what noises I can't.
      I know I can clean out the noise of a fan, but not an echo as you said. What I did was leave a couple fans on because the fans drowned out the echo. With echos gone it was simply removing the fan noise after that. Used fcpx voice isolation for that and izotope rx7.

    Cool place, but with no Silver industry in Singapore the costs of transportation and reasons for picking this place for storage is strange.

      There is a pretty vibrant precious metals industry here in Singapore. So much so that if you compared our prices at www.silverbullion.com.sg with bullion dealers say in the States, you'd be surprised that in many cases bullion may be cheaper in Singapore, plus tax free. We have people buy bullion from us and store it with us. If you're in Singapore, we'll gladly bring you in the vault to see your bullion and how it's stored. If you're storing with us but not in Singapore, we'll fire up the video camera and give you a live audit. I want to say thanks for your comment and your support. Great question.

    When you give your metals to other to hold you no longer own those metals. From that time forward you are subject to others deciding if you get your metals back....

    • @SilverBullion
      @SilverBullion  Před 5 měsíci

      I thought that as well. I understand "if you don't hold it you don't own it" sentiment. Gotta say though it's not 100% true.
      You own what you buy with us. Your bullion has a unique ID belonging to you. We can't resell your items by putting it back into our inventory in part because we are independently audited 4 times a year. Theres a lot more but seeing how we do things here, you definitely own it and can withdraw it, sell it, anytime you want. Great comment, thanks for supporting the channel.

      Patrick, are your clients gold and silver stored by your organization in Singapore safe from confiscation (by SB's financial creditor(s)) during the next global financial crisis - Referring to David Rogers Webb book titled, "The Great Taking." where he talks about clients assets held are subject to potential confiscation by SB's financial creditors.

    • @SilverBullion
      @SilverBullion  Před 5 měsíci

      Sad to hear that but great question.
      The way Silver Bullion thankfully works is whatever you buy, you'll receive an invoice for. An invoice in Singapore is a legal document of ownership. When you're issued an invoice by Silver Bullion, you own those precious metals fully. It's not on Silver Bullion’s balance sheet.
      Now, let's say Silver Bullion has financial distress. A creditor comes to Silver Bullion and says pay up. The things a creditor can lay claim to are things that Silver Bullion owns.
      So going back to the invoice. That is a legal document. You own those precious metals in the eyes of the law,, not Silver Bullion.
      Think of it this way...
      If you had things stored in a warehouse and the warehouse went bust. Creditors cannot take your belongings, things you own being stored right? In otherwords, the claim is against the warehouse. Things the warehouse company owns are subject to that creditor. You own the items being stored there, not the warehouse. A creditor cannot take your belongings or what you own. You are simply storing your belongings, your metals, things you own there.
      Your Silver Bullion invoice issued by us says, implies, makes legally clear exactly that. You own it, your property, we just store it for you.
      Hope that helps. Email or call us anytime if you have further questions and thanks for your support.

      Don't take counter party risk. Trust is cheap in this 21st century. Everything subject to seize.

    Do they have massive earthquakes in Singapore?? Are charges for storage tax deductible in Singapore? Switzerland went neutral as a country and is now open to a war with any other country, and their world protection ection will now not be honored. How safe is Singapore from becoming an information giving away country???
