nah, the only thing you pay for in overwatch are the cosmetics. A lot of other hero shooters tend to eventually become really unbalanced and pay-to-win, especially if they start locking heroes behind paywalls

The fact that this game has so many haters n all the arguements r trash alone means that this game is heat. Watching the gameplay, idc how similar it is to Ow. Because the thing is it IS very similar to ow. But not ow2. 2 tanks was an absolutely necessary thing to bring back to hero shooter genre.
Not sure what hate you are refering to, but what I dislike about this game and company is the fact that they force content creators to sign a contract in which they can't state any negative opinions about the game.. meaning EVERY reviewer who have played the game have signed away the right to have an opinion, and are only allowed to hype up the game.

I like the style and character designs in the game so far. Everyone feels familiar and recognizable but still very distinct from other versions of the characters. I wanna see how they adapt other heroes as well

Ok so gameplay needs improvement, ability effects and reaction need improvements, movement speed needs improvements and ultimates dont feel like there large they seem small and need either rework or improvements.

never got into OW much but how much easier should it be to kill someone ? what kind of TTK do you think there should be? I imagine it also depends on the hero you run and they role they play but I feel it seems appropriate? I dont want to get deleted when I try to make a play unless Im getting team shot or something. Genuinely curious though
hero shooters like this have longer TTK. it's not CoD.

I hope this game will be more in dept with everything. For example, objects doesnt just being object, they need to be labeled as metal and have high durability and other materials. Magneto's power will control those thing and throw them. Also Magneto can control and deflect enemies abilities and weapon and bullets If those abilities using metal. Of course that would need to be an abilities with high cooldown because it basically deflect all metal attack around him.

I don't like how this is visually portrayed. What is this shield he's throwing up supposed to be? I would guess a magnetic field so why are Groots attacks being stopped?? This just isn't a good representation for the character and how interactions would work with them and other characters

Why is the FPS so low? People are gonna compare this to Overwatch, and you can get really good framerates on it and it's very fluid.
Hey, guys. I didn't know where else to contact you guys at Arekkz Gaming, so I'm doing it here.
Having seen a peek at the TOS for this game, I've seen that it's apparently against Marvel Rivals' TOS (section 2.1 "Non-Disparagement") to say anything that might "be detrimental to the reputation of the game." That literally includes comparing it to other games it's competing with (like Overwatch), giving subjective reviews that aren't inherently positive, or saying that you don't like something that this game does different. You know, things that you guys, as content creators who often get first looks into a game, would normally do to relay information to us, the audience, who have no such luxuries.
Obviously, this is going to be challenged by somebody at some point, but I have a concern that you guys might be, or feel, shoehorned into giving a less-than-purely-honest take on the game due to needing to abide by these ridiculous TOS rules to keep your status and perks as a content creator of this game. Do you guys have any insight into this issue or have plans to navigate this ridiculousness?

We didn’t actually get a media key or access directly from them, this is why these videos are only releasing now while others have done it sooner. You can play via an invite from someone who’s already in and lvl 6. So nothing is signed or agreed on our side, it’s crazy that people agreed to that for media access!

Its as if they started a mobile game but then realized most phones cant run this. I know its still in testing and it aint done, but fuck it. I also signed up for it and never got a confirmation email from them so lame team as well.

The pacing of combat looks painfully slow
There's a distinct lack of impact when hitting enemies or taking damage.
The hero abilities look underwhelming
The overall visual and animation quality looks like a cheap mobile game (which is factually true, because Marvel Rivals originally was going to be a mobile game)
And the voice acting sounds terrible, and annoying that heroes are constantly speaking every 3 seconds.
Overall: The game looks mediocre in its current state. (Note: Mediocre doesn't mean good or bad. It means it's ordinary. Some might like it. Some may not)
I don't understand why people get so defensive of others expressing their initial impressions and hide behind the "hOW Do U kNOw itS bAD if U haVEnT pLaYeD iT yEt?!" argument. The whole point of a gameplay trailer or demo is to showcase how enjoyable its supposed to be. if the gameplay trailer looks boring, then some people are going to say it looks borning.
