if the chain is worn, bends sidewways, is sloppy when you pull on the chai when it is on the sprockets, the sprockest are also worn and will wear out a new chain.. have you ever seen a final drive chain so worn that the sprocket teeth are hooked, and the bike wont even roll backwards,, the chain and sprockets ware together..
