9:00 - 9:28 is legitimately disturbing sounding. If I was his neighbor I could definately deal with the annoying vocal covers and the smell, but if I heard that 28 seconds worth of horror through the wall, I would be creeped out living there whether I knew it was Josh or not.
They're both such uniquely worded phrases, both containing a lot of under the surface aggression. I'm genuinely glad things calmed down with the misdirected doordash deliveries, it wasn't Josh's fault and was escalating to a nasty conflict with the angry tenant.

In BC we have the Tenancy Act. It protects both tenants and landlords. As a tenant, you would have the right to file complaints that must then be dated and signed, keep your own copy. After you have enough complaints or if the landlord is refusing to properly file the complaints, you can contact the tenancy board. If you have enough serious complaints that violate your rights as a tenant, you can apply to the board to force the eviction of the offending tenant.
I'm seriously starting to think the government did some kind of chemical reaction testing in Casper, say about 30-35 yrs ago. We're seeing the results right in front of our eyes.
