No it's very much on the bad side of the fence. Slow, poor pacing, bland areas with bland action, unexplained and unentertaining mechanics, piss poor balancing with terrible writing and dialog. Nothing about this game skirts a line, the whole playbook binder got dropped in a vat of oil and they had to make do with it. Credit where it's due, the music and some ideas were good.
