The 2024 sentra is supposed to have an upgraded transmission which may help with responsiveness and will increase fuel economy.

My friends mom just got 1 of those. She hates it and says she should've bought the sentra. She is an older lady though. She said she feels the car is for a younger person and it doesn't ride as good as she though.

I love that color. Someone in my town has one like that and it caught my eye so much I went to the local Nissan dealer hoping to buy one. Unfortunately the seat is only 6 way power and I have to have the ability to tilt the front of the seat cushion up to get more thigh support in any car I drive (tall, long legs). It was really nice otherwise.

I just bought a 2020 Sentra SV all black. Going from a 06 Lexus ES330 to a 03 Altima. Literally is the same as this 2023 and your vid helped. 👍🏾

Having to hunt for a new car and one of these showed up and I'm driving one today.
So an update, the dealership pulled a bait and switch on the price so I called them out on it and told them I refuse to buy a vehicle from them even if at MSRP.
Even though it runs okay on regular. I have found on my 2022 Sentra that it is more responsive with premium fuel from shell or Exxon. Great car!!!

I got one exactly similar to the one in the demo last month, it is a 2022 SV special edition. Loved the experience.
I want to update from my Hyndai Sonata 2016 to that car,but I am kinda scare about cvt transmission,but that car looks Amazing, loving that color
The cvt scares you but the hyubdai motor that blows up doesn't? Geico ins adds powertrain warranty for 4 bucks a month.

Only one base engine to keep the price down the money went into the steering and suspension.
Still a good first car for me to buy one bro.
Actually the cvt is tuned to not gove much revs when you floor kt stoind 30mph like you did but if you actually double tap the sport mode the rpms will jump up much quicker instead lf being a bit lazy and also of you floor it from a stopnit will hold the revs and do a 8.4 0-60. Still not fast but the same as base motor competitors.
@@sallyjb6209 it's actually telly response under quick smaller inputs on the hwy just not alot of power but responsive in changing ratios quickly

I'm rooting for this car - at this dealership. But, already, I'm pulled back by Virginia dealers' tendency to charge over $800 or $900 additional "doc fees". :( Thanks for the review, though.
Florida is about $1000 for that. Seems California is one of the few reasonable places at only $75 for these imaginary fees that dealers charge.

The All-Weather Package also has heated mirrors. I love my 2022 Sentra SV with that package during the winter. I purchased mine in December 2022.
i'll take the base SV with 16" 60 series rubber, ride quality is somewhat gentler over the bumps than the 18" wheel/low profile rubber on this test car.

Why Sentra SV SE 2023 in CANADA doesn't have rear row center-armrest? It's weird, I have one, but found no center-armrest
Good question. This kind of reminds me of something similar with the Canadian 21+ Honda Ridgeline.. You guys get ventilated front seats, whereas the U.S. spec cars do not.. Weird
Canadian SV doesn’t have leather and heated steering wheel, too. No such thing called the weather package. A little disappointment when I got mine SV a week ago.

I have not driven the new Civic, but the last Civic I drove I really liked. I daily drive a 2007 Honda Ridgeline and it has over 215,000 miles if that says anything
I'd go civic this Sentra is ok but civic will last longer and I they look better I do like this brown leather interior though just noticed it now
The sv premium use to have led daytime running lights standard, but for 2021 the sv premium got halogen headlights

Be nice if auto manufacturers would knock it off with the haloJUNK headlights. They suck because they burn out very fast especially if you drive a lot at night.
Yeah, that would be nice, but that would increase the price of this. They make u pay to upgrade to led by going up in trim levels lol

Can you start this car from your phone
This car is nothing but headache. The air conditioner does not work, the backup camera does not work, and it has a RECALL on the inner tire rod. It does not do well in the snow. We took it for a trade and contemplated getting rid of it.

I forgot to mention, in heavy traffic it is jumpy. If you are constantly starting and stopping, you can feel the clutch locking in and jumping you forward. It doesn't gradually roll up to speed.
That is why I am not a fan of CVT's@@SojournONE

My 2023 sv has lots of road noise and doesn’t drive smooth at all higher speeds 60 and up
First off that front end was HIT. THE BUMPER LINE WITH THE HOOD HAS A GAP ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND THE FRONT RIM HAS a marker written on it indicating a replacement. I would never buy from your dealership

It would be a base with no features. 25K for a top of the line car is a great option
I appreciate this review. Didn't realize that the Sentra's don't have wifi, or Bluetooth, for phone connection. I had a 2013, and 2015, car that had that feature. Crazy that a 2023 doesn't. For me, that is a deal breaker.

Slow - low horsepower and not the best fuel economy compared to all the rest of the competitors out there. That is sad. Every competitor has this beat.
