He should be Sir Frank the man is a legend.
Hear Hear. Especially when twats like Lenny Henry is.
Absolutely
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
He's not a paedophile
He and Eddie the Eagle should be knighted.
They are everything that sport SHOULD be about.
Frank. Frank. My absolute HERO. No way was there a boxer with more passion, heart and resolve as you. We LOVE you Frank.
Lovely to see Frank looking Smart as always, Fit and Well, I think most people who follow boxing in GB, would tip their hats to this gentleman of sport, .
He's a wife beating, druggie, prostitute using idiot who says he stopped his medication for 'bipolar' and he's cured. It's all crap. I know one person and met another who were off their heads without medication.
Absolutely frank is a legend today young society is very mentally weak and the biggest problem gang culture myself personally when national service was abolished country was finished
He he he he ho ho ho ho
His laugh is the best
@@Gaybraham.Lincoln He's vile.
When I was a kid I was allowed to stay up to watch Frank Bruno, he's a legend.
Them were the days mate.
@Mr Neon just a pity he was hopeless.
He was world champion bozo
@William Poole Wow!! He was world champion bozo??? Bit strong calling Frank Bruno a bozo! Bet you wouldn't say it to his face. Actually I never even knew there was a bozo world championship. Thanks for the info.
Wow that's a very exciting thing to say, that's made my year, thank you so so much.
2 of my most favourite British chaps , an absolute joy .
He's african🙄

Great days, great country, great music what a dump we live in now.🇬🇧🏴
I couldn't agree more mate
Spot on 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Nah...Not really. There are a ton of beautiful places left in England and i'm not just talking the Cotswolds. I worked in House Removals for 5 years up until last year and been the length and breadth of the realm x 20...There are a huge amount of really pleasant, quaint, quiet, scenic, English (in terms of country gardens and all that), places out there.
As a kid from the East end of London I used to go camping in Cornwall every summer...Cornwall (as an example) is STILL a beauty.
What i will say in agreement is...Yeah, i was there in late 80s and through the 90's from Punk Rock to Drum n bass, i was locked in. Hiking across the woodlands and forests of England, I was game and still am...Was heavily into boxing back then (too much money involved now)...We are in an age of 'information overload' it's all meaningless information these days and too much of it, everyone is scrolling scrolling scrolling empty scrolling...The days you're talking of we were engaged with our immediate environment and that's what real life is about, direct experience with your immediate environment....But, how many people (including those who lived through the 90's), can put down their phones for 10 minutes? We've lost connection with eachother because of the medium i'm using to talk to you...Now life is digital...And that ain't living
try and get out of towns and cities get in the village. or sell up and live in Poland.
@@garyboynton4654 And on that note, watched a few videos the other day on abandoned villages in Greece and Italy and a part of Canada that'll PAY you to live there. Sure when it comes to the Greek and Italian villages you'll have to invest in doing up the property and you'll still need income, but they are scenic, idyllic and still going for dirt cheap
They always bang on about immigration and illegal immigration but they never mention the brits who've been jumping ship and settling abroad since forever...Saw an Saxon couple who bought a farm in Bulgaria for pittance...They seem happy...Australia is full of brits who've settled there.
I love England but the earth as a whole is still a beautiful place once you give the doom and gloom a break...We go where our focus takes us
Frank ,your a absolute legend and a true gentleman, you inspired so many people
Such a naturally likeable person
I've always liked Frank. He's had his problems but he's a decent bloke.
great pals with jimmy savile too
@@Azoria4 If you say so. But that doesn't mean that he knew what Savile was up to in his private life. I bet your friends don't know that you're a twat on the internet.
@ Azoria Oh sure, they had a lot in common didn’t they .. ffs.
You know what I mean Harry huh huh huh LOL
He's a happy chappy. Wouldn't hurt a fly in the real world.
I remember sitting in front of the box watching Frank and Tyson. It was one of the most poignant moments of my childhood. Well done Frank.
What a nice guy.
We all loved Frank.
And the TYSON fight should never have been allowed. Shame on his handlers! He could have been killed in there.
But glad he survived to tell the tale.
Frank had Tyson hurt on the ropes. Just hit him Frank, one more time.
@@scabthecat Frank was and is, a big strong lad.
But he never had that killer instinct to finish him off.
Tyson on the other hand, was lethal.

Brilliant raw interview with a man who has lived in the true sense of the word and still is making his mark. God bless Frank Bruno and well done Farage for getting him on.
WELL SAID .
AGREED .
Farage was lucky to have such a person to interview.
Love him, a national treasure. Should have been knighted.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🔥🔥
How right you are.
They should think about giving Frank a bit of something too.
We should all just call him sir Frank Bruno anyway until they get the idea
What is it with you lot and your love of Jimmy Savilles close mates?... Charles, Bruno.... I do worry about us as a nation. smh
Considering the many undeserving who received such honours I reckon you are absolutely spot on!
Everyone loves Frank , he is such a great man in many many ways .❤️🇬🇧
No we don't.
@@PTruth-md6xx yea we do
@@kid--presentable Still no. Do you love that he beat his wife, was a druggie, used prostitutes or tells people who have bipolar, that he cured his without taking meds????
It's so nice to see Frank in such great shape for a man in his 60s. It's also so good to see him laughing again. Promoting awareness and help for people struggling with mental health is an honourable thing to do. Keep well man.
so glad i watched this, had a stupid grin on my face all the way through, Frank's laugh just brings back the kid in me, he was and is a national treasure.
what a great chat over a pint.

Me too😅
I met big Frank a few times whilst boxing in the army! What a gentleman and ambassador for grass roots boxing he is!
Nice to hear..various types on here having a pop at him for the colour of his skin or the fact that like many in the 1980s 90s, he knew Jimmy Saville
You can hear Frank bruno laughing before hes introduced hahaha Frank is a national treasure his name should be sir Frank. And thank you nigal and gb news for getting Frank bruno in god bless you both. Franks words - rugby is a good sport "at a distance"- hahaha

Ask his wife.
Or Jimmy Saville.... I bet big Frank misses his fun days with him and his black and decker... 🤢
@@nicolanicholson4339 The Royal Marines did a lot with Jimmy Saville (there was room/building at Lympstone named after him) - are you going to claim the Corps is somehow shady?
@@vanpallandt5799 quite possibly some of them to be fair... there are plenty of wrong uns in the military mate!
Don't recall any of the marines cavorting with the Yorkshire ripper though, or constantly talking about their penises in coded terms (black and decker)..... that's before we get into his drug taking, sex romps and wife beating.
I find it utterly bizarre that people still defend him because he comes across as a nice guy?!
Always well turned out Frank, pleasure to hear his story. Credit to the nation.
What nation?
@@richardgallagher4880 The British nation - same one that Sgt Sidney Cornell DCM died wearing the uniform of in Germany April 1945. Every man an emperor
He's always absolutely immaculate, isn't he? Classy guy.
Great to see you back frank.
Rare breed of a man. Genuine gentleman. All the best Frank.
My cousin who is a boxing coach here in Lancashire asked Frank if he would come up from London to present achievement awards to his young fighters .
This was a number of years ago just after he had retired , Frank agreed to do this but as long as it wasn't made public , he kept to his promise and he did this for free
Top top bloke.
That’s a fantastic mark of the man, massive contrast to Henry Cooper who certainly didn’t do charity for free .
A hero to every 50 year old British Boxing fan with his down to earth humour and his pure dedication to become heavy weight champ of the world.
Always the gentleman, good to see he is still clear headed and has his humour.
When Frank starts laughing 😂, i just can't help myself laughing too😂 what a great fella he is a nation treasure.
The man is vile.... have a look at him on his 'this is your life' and see for yourself and listen to his creepiness, and his constant mention of his 'Black and Decker' which is a euphemism for his penis... look at the little look on Phil Collins face as he mutters the words 'all the kids you've TOUCHED'... he's a wrong un... Bruno, Starr and Collins are all wrong uns
considering what he's been through since retirement, he looks in good shape and in good spirits. lovely fella.
Check him out on CZcams doing padwork with Ricky Hatton around six years back it was.
Great interview! "Take another sip of yer beer...". I laughed at that ,Frank.
What a nice chap, I still remember the excitement of watching him box 👏 ( totally agree that Tyson was technically brilliant boxer )
Tyson was no boxer. He didn't even have a jab!!

One of our best sporting ambassodors England have had. And a past family favourite.
The greatest sporting ambassadors, are you having a laugh. He's no better than Derrek Chisora.
'He's hurt Tyson" never forget that listening on the radio earlyy hours I was about 10.
‘Get in there, Frank!!!’ I remember Harry Carpenters impassioned words!
In fairness, he genuinely did hurt Tyson early.
@@007therealjamesbond I think the words from trainers used to be, FFS DON'T HIT IRON MIKE, YOU WILL ONLY UPSET HIM.

Sir Frank Bruno, can't fault the man!
Frank made us proud to be British. Brilliant bloke
How the worlds changed in 2 decades. Real ppl with real stories and no woke nonsense. Now it’s a mess .I’m just happy I grew up through the 80s and 90s watching stars like Frank achieve so much whilst flying the flag for the country.
Love this guy, he was an amazing boxer.
Brilliant interview 👏 👌
Frank was and still is a total legend, a great man in every way.
Thoroughly enjoyed having Frank on. Thanks Nigel!
what a delight! a most heartwarming talking pints. Thank you Frank for all the great sporting moments and so pleased you are happy in life. You are one of the best my friend❤
Frank Bruno really comes across as a nice guy and he deserves the respect for his boxing and being a roll model to so many youngsters, on his loss with Mike Tyson hit him hard but this guy met Tyson at the top of his game and Frank was a brave fighter and really proved himself to be,love Frank because he was proud to do it for the UK and I think he broke down barriers and started to unit the country, weather you follow boxing or not people got behind Frank win or lose he's always been the people's winner, great to see him and enjoying life and wish him well for the future. 'good on ya Frank,
That has to be the best interview I have ever seen. Nigel is so respectful in the way he asks questions, just like having a chat with a mate. And Frank Bruno is just Frank Bruno. A lovely man. Always made me laugh.
I met him once at a snooker tournament of all places, a really nice guy in person. Boxers don’t get close to his level of fame nowadays.
As a Sth Londoner he will ALWAYS be "Our Frank" the Legend.
Even after all these years Bruno is still the most popular British Boxer of all time!!!
Great interview with a great hero and still going strong.
You can't help but love Bruno.
A big man, tough bloke, open about his issues and helping others.
A life of entertaining others while battling inner demons (tears of a clown?), completely selfless.
Superstar ✊
i agree mate. Tone
What ever happened to Gary Cooper?
That was the best interview I’ve even seen good job to both of you…..👊
He went in against a prime Tyson and was the first to rock Tyson (in R1 after being floored himself). Will never forget it. A great guy and TRUE inspiration for those of us who have struggled with mental health. God bless
I've never met a person who has a bad word to say about Frank or doesn't like him. The guy is an absolute legend and a proper decent bloke...
Even though he practically outed himself as a paedophile on his 'this is your life'.... if you've ever watched it and still think he's a national treasure there's something wrong with you!
I am from Sri Lanka. I was a student in the UK in the late 1970s and Frank lived a few doors down to my sister in laws grocery Wiles Stores in Wandsworth. He was the amateur heavy weight champion if I am not mistaken. Truly a gentleman and so friendly. He used to carry my infant daughter everytime he visited the shop.
What a beautiful man the honesty he projects is something that is missing in these times. He’s still one of my favourite boxers.
Love talking pints, this has to be one of the best so far.
Frank what a great man.
Fantastic interview. Frank is a Ledge. It's great to see him doing well. :)
So nice to see Frank again , I followed him from young back in the early 80’s so fabulous to see him

Big Frank is a true & humble Gentleman, as well as a natural born fighter! A top man 🍻.
What a lovely bloke. Legend, I could listen to him all day.

This was the best Talking Pints yet. Frank looks fantastic in that suit and it's great listening to him. He'll always be the champ to so many people. Thanks Nigel.

I would do absolutely anything for this man I’ve never met. So loveable.
Love Frank! Such a Big Heart he will always be the People's Champion 🏆 ❤
Frank is such a nice guy, he even asked Nigel if he could sup his beer, Nigel said dig in, that made me smile.
Nigel, you need to become PM some day, great interview!
God bless you both.
Great to see Frank, the Americans used to say they remember where they were when Kennedy got shot, Brits of a certain age remember where they were when Frank became world champion. Me, I was in the Captain's Taverna, Sidari Corfu, and the ground shook when Frank was announced the winner. One of the best British boxers IMO. I shall buy the Book.
I remember where I was that night, as I was in Wembley Stadium watching Frank win the title. 😆😆
