How many of you are viewing this in 2024???
I wonder if these kids ever felt silly doing the show and singing the song so many time?
Most of these actors have passed away.
There are very few of them left.
Simpler times.
Kids were kids.
While many of them have passed away, most of the Mouseketeers are still around as a matter of fact. Of the 12 Mouseketeers in this clip, I believe 7 are still living. (Plus many more who aren’t in this clip)
@@mickeymouseclubchannel9733 Bobby was the tallest and probably the oldest, he is still alive and kicking.
When they get to the very soft singing of “Mickey Mouse” a giant flood of childhood memories comes rushing back! I don’t even try to hold back my tears.
Oh yeah. Such a huge part of our lives.
Times were innocent. So much more love for each other.
As Mouseketeer Sharon Baird remembered, “Jimmie was one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever known in my life. He was genuine and he didn’t speak down to kids, he included them. He was a great person to look up to.”
I remember running home from school and switching the TV to KTTV 11 just to watch the ending of the MMC..
I waited for Jimmy to say "Because we like you!".. that one phrase got me through the next day...
It's hard to believe I use to watch this when I was a kid.
It's even harder to believe that I still regularly watch.
Me too! I am 74 now!
Me too right after 🏫 was upset when they took it off the air
*Me and the boys Marching across Saigon towards the perfume river guided only by firelight*
I LOVE and MISS this show SO MUCH
I still can pretty much sing along, from long ago.
This song is dedicated to Dennis, Annette, Karen, Dickie Doreen, Cheryl, Roy and Jimmie Dodd
Yes absolutely 💝
Add Bonni Kern to the list.
My dad and I have the same color circle like yours.
Rest In Peace, Dennis!
A very wholesome show with excellent values
I remember how excited I would get when it was round up day. I wanted one of those outfits so badly.
Thanks Mouseketeers for joining the party.
Now tomorrow,
Anything can happen.
It's our big stuffed show!
Bye all!
Miss this show

M-O-U-S-EEEEEEEEEEEEEE🎶🎵
I used to cry when they played this at the end of the show and kissed the TV when it finished.
Wtf😂😂
M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! Mickey Mouse!!!!!
Goodbye Dennis
I saw the show in reruns in the early 60's. Who could forget the closing song, M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E
2:20 is my favorite tune of the credits.
This is from 'Guest Star Day', Tuesday; Mickey Mouse was dressed in tie and tails for the occasion.
Well, yes, but technically, this is from an episode from the 1960s syndicated run, which sometimes use the wrong Mickey intros/closings for particular days. So, the Alma Mater comes from Wednesday/Anything Can Happen episodes, while the Mickey closing comes from the Tuesday/Guest Star episodes.
"Today is Tuesday, you know what that means..."
M-I-C…. See You Real Soon
K-E-Y…. Why? because we like you
M-O-U-S-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
La verdad sin palabras ❤🙌🇦🇷
I miss this. My comfort zone
Written by James Wesley 'Jimmie' Dodd who died of cancer in 1964 at the young age of 54. ❤
The children did so well with posture and attention. The words are beautiful. Anyone know why they chose a mouse? Alma maters should be emphasized more. ❤
This was part of the Disney dream - imagineers and more
Want to back to my childhood
Man has the handsome squidward jaw line
Jimmy looks like he had all of Jimmie's MOLARS pulled.
Rip Dennis 😢
1:28 Jay-Jay needed to get a dental plan for being a Mouseketeer.
Why?
Why?
Because we LIKE you!
this seems like it was one of the last episodes because dik darley was the director in this particular episode and i know he wasn't the original director of the show.
🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I watched it every night!
Does anyone possibly have the English version of Sho Jo Ji? All I can find online is the Japanese one, which is fine, but Mickey Mouse Club Golden Records had an English interpretation on one of their "Highlights" collections as I remember as a child.
Why is this song is sad & creepy? Or is it just me? :/
Almost Home Church! Netchatef!👋🏼😁☝🏼⏰✈️👑👰🏻❤️🕊️
I've always loved Disney, but this song was always creepy to me!..like trying to hypnotize you. lol!
Seriously. This is low key sounds like some cultish shit when you stop to think about it.
Imagine dreaming a horrible and very creepy nightmare about listening a song similar to this one and with too much screamers and a monster taking us to a very creepy dark place 😨😨😨😨😨😨😨
The original "Stray Kids"..
Why does their closing song sound like a dirge? Did they know something?
all this over a rodent - next time just call Orkin.
😰😰
Are any of them still alive ?
Out of the kids in this clip, 7 are still around, but many more are still alive. A decent number of them have passed over the years though, but the majority are still around and in their late 70s/early 80s.
Karen, Annette, Dorene, Cheryl Dennis, are deceased not sure if I missed anyone else @@mickeymouseclubchannel9733
Seems such a shame that Disney has devolved to such a low level. The people are staying away from the parks, their movies, their productions, and their networks.
Anyone else think Jimmie is a bit creepy?
Ewww creepy
Sounds really satanic
in the middle theres drum in the song that bangs aftwr the high high part love part
Read Isaiah 5:20 ...and then get some help.
