For most the indians that apparently don't take the plastic sticker off, remove it. It will look better without it, and things in life are meant to be enjoyed, not kept safe from use to it's potential. If you buy a nice TV enjoy it.
The screen protector is merely for transportation and installation. It is meant to be removed. You wouldn’t leave the transit bolts on a washing machine on now would you.

This is not a screen protector. You are supposed to remove it because it reduces image quality and does affect the tv by trapping the heat.
