The WFT just signed this guy so I just wanted to see some of his highlights and I like what I am seeing here. I hope he can come in and help them, Logan Thomas is going to be out for a minimum of 3 weeks and I hope these other TE's can step up and play so they don't have to rush him back before he is a 100%.

Born June 26, 1996. Played high school football for the Kingfisher Yellow Jackets (OK). Played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies. Drafted #75 overall by the Green Bay Packers. First game is August 8 vs. the Houston Texans. Hope that he practices the Lambeau Leap.
Best TE in this draft class. Hock might be better for a year or two but Jace will surpass him. I don’t know what to think about Fant he just seems really soft for the nfl.
Willing blocker yes, but he has to learn to get more leverage on his blocks, & he has to get better at choosing what man to pick up if they're not in front of him.
Nothing wrong with that. Jace will play in a traditional #1 TE role. Deguara will play more of that Kyle Juszczyk role, with more to contribute as a pass catcher. It'll be like Danny Vitale, and the few plays he made last year, but a bigger role cause Deguara is a more talented player.

Not to mention Patriots are hosting him for a top 30 visit. I like him better than Irv Smith Jr. He might not be the blocker Irv is but he runs better routes, has looser hips, catches the ball consistently with his hands and not with his body, and compares favorably to Aaron Hernandez.

Love the pick. Not the blocker we want but big play ability and great after the catch.
he looked like a mini Mark Bavaro on some of those catches. On one catch he had over 20 yards after contact.
He's got Lewis to learn from this year, good mentor!

& he has great run after catch potential by the look of his tape, something people clam he isn't good with.
