Thank you. I've just started learning this system for work. Started properly today, so taking this weekend to watch your video several times, before working on Tuesday
Thank you so much. I have started using this system and have found your explanation very informative. I will be watching this many times till I am confident using the system.
Many thanks! I am working in a GP Practice as a receptionist. We currently have EMIS but are due to move with the times, and get Systm One! This has taught me many of the essentials, many thanks!
@@eGPlearning the only question that immediately springs to mind is, if you are part of 3 different task categories (eg prescriptions, appointments and back desk) can you personalise the system to only show you front desk tasks for example for that session?
Is EMIS easy to learn as well, old? I'm currently working with Systemone and I'm doing a crush course during the weekend. Started properly with the programme today
Thanks Hussain. Been 10 yrs since I last S1 and this was a good revision video. Only edit I'd make would be to make the mouse arrow on the screen more visible ie another colour and bigger
Very helpful ❤ learnt a new feature I didn't know was there: the medication summary that counts the number of times a Med has been prescribed. Useful for audit etc. That's really useful. Thanks
Thank you so much for this. Could you tell me how to change the name on my system 1 account? My manager has put me on as my first name but I use my middle name, thanks
The best (and most professional looking) digital signature option is the snapshot (or scan) of the actual signature, but isn't it also the most risky if it somehow ends up in the wrong hands?
As part of a PCN with 4 surgeries I can see my rota on shared system one but cannot do remote booking for one of the surgeries. Apparently I need to press auto booking. What does that even mean? It not been an issue for 7 months until now. Where will I find ‘auto booking’

so so useful on how to use systmone, feel more confident for my locum session tomorrow. thanks :)
Thank you. Don't forget to check the videos on how to make it work easier for you
Super useful for re-familiarising myself with systm1! Thank you
Thank you soooo much. You helped lots of doctors
Thank you
Excellent presentation - have used System 1 in past and find it much less user friendly than EMIS but I know it is more powerful. However needs must!
Great clear and concise overview - switching to SystmOne next week - very useful. Thanks.
Thanks! very useful as switching to system1 and havent used it for many years so really needed a basic get to work refresher
very helpfull. very detailed explanation
Thanks for the videos.
How do you color code your tabs and how to include things such as sms on your top bar?
Thank you
Yep in fact it my latest episode here: czcams.com/video/cn2Io3LQcgk/video.html
great help, thanks...
please do a video on how to print blood forms in systmone
I can do but this is likely to be different in different areas based on what systems you use as it not a SystmOne direct function
@@eGPlearning if you could it’d be appreciated, I only know how to print prescriptions 😊
Hi!
I want to do an audit but unsure how to navigate through
very helpful
thank you
Thankyou. Great video. Very helpful.

Thank you, this was super helpful, do you happen to have a guide for EMIS (or can you recommend one)?
Check out @gponthemove
Brilliant, thank you so much!

Hello! Thank you for your videos 😊
Do you know if I can retrieve a patient's details by using a systmone number rather than an NHS number?

do you have one to show how to register new patients ?
Hi, I have just started my new role in the NHS and wondering if this is the version the NHS is using today? Thank you
Yep there are some changes in the interface but the video is about 80% accurate
@eGPlearning Thank you and for your speedy reply
What are the main changes from this video and how it works today?
@@joshuathorp1557 some new functionality as in other videos in the series like communication annex and the pathology interface looks different now
Do you have a video on clinical reports and how you can carry out audits on system one?
Not yet
Hello , great videos, is there one for phlebotomy and other HCA clinics please?
Nope but what would you want to know?
@@eGPlearning just the basics, since we open the patients records, the steps to follow to carry our clinics, which tabs do we have to use and fill in within systmone
Might need some help with that. I don't do phlebotomy so not sure which parts you need.

Where do I find visualisation maintenance?
How do you go about discharging a patient when you have completed their care and they no longer require our community services?
Dr, so who are authorised to use this, do nurses in care homes use this same system? or only doctors in hospitals? Thanks
Primary care mainly
How how do you request scans and bloods please
Normally ice or local system use
@@eGPlearning thanks how do you g et to this page ?
Is there an Adatra one?
Can i get a demo username and password
Afraid you will need to ask your local area team as access to SystmOne is on a user base even test areas.
