Sonata Arctica are great! Nice reaction. I went to a concert in 2013, I think it was, openers were Delain, next up was Sonata Arctica and the headliners were Nightwish, it was a good night!!!! Tony Kakko, the vocalist, did a duet with Nightwish in the Tarja era, Beauty of the Beast, well worth listening to.

Yes, Tony is a great singer. 😊 But I personally prefer the voice of his good friend JP Leppäluoto. (Yes, it's me again. 😅 I'm back.) His cover of a Finnish song called "Mombasa" is probably the best quality professional live video I've seen of him, but his song "Colder" with his first band Charon or his first solo single "Kuoppa" are great too. And if you want to see him, Tony, and Marco from Nightwish perform together, check out "Northern Kings Heavy Metal Medley".

The tempo of this song was much faster on the CD than the live version of this live version. Sonata Arctica was one the top of the power metal bands in the genre., then with the start of the Unia album they started descending into a rather mediocre prog metal band. Such a shame. They were one of my favorite bands in the early 2000’s.
