Looks like you do a fair amount of trail riding. A primary chain conversion could save you some frustration in the future.

How many bearings does the jackshaft actually use to spin? It looks like 2 of them are used for the pivot point on the swing arm and 2 are used for the jackshaft. If I'm gonna get expensive bearings I don't really need one for the swingarm pivot

ok first off im old so im kinda x these days but watching you break those bolts loose by hand first on that jack shaft gives me hope for you young fellers. Those impact guns strip threads more than any other tool. + 1 sub also i got a kit im going to put together that upgrades the whole jack shaft assembly, bearings and all. Here is a vid of it getting figured out. czcams.com/video/PZ5IaojpsVM/video.html&ab_channel=TheB.SShow

Hey there boss. Funny I found you here as well. I didn’t realize that you were the owner of the BS show Channel haha. I’m curious, what bearings did you use? I was reading some people might use a couple different kind of bearings. Thanks for helping

The way those bearings are mounted doesn't exist in mechanical world, you need 1 roller bearing one side and a double ball bearing on the other, but 4 ball bearings is a non sense

I used a 1/4 in extension with a table press to slide in the last bearings to get.... As for the bearings.. Make sure the 2 outer bearings have the actual center piece lining up with the spacers... The 6000 2RS bearings are the wrong ones for my 4 bearing shaft which I have a 2022 SurRon..

@@Mr.DontGiveAFuck Jackshaft but they are the same. I think you are wrong though, here are the correct model numbers from a few vendors:
      SKF 6000-2RSH
      Timken 6000H-2RS
      Koyo 6000 2RS
Size must be 10x26x8mm based on what I read and I don't think that changed during the years.

@@thegrave2000 Ummm I ask if its the swingarm vs jackshaft cause you don't need the best of the best in the swingarm. The bearings in the swing arm don't go under the amount of pressure the jackshaft will go through.. And your right about the diameter...You just proved I was correct when you replied with your first bearing description.. Here's another for you "NTN 6000LLU"... Go to motion/con for more Specs. But go back and do a bit more reading on specs... SKF holds a higher temp and max RPM . I'm very correct on my comment... I bought my Surron X in June of 2022... I've installed these many times in both of the 2 of 3 jackshafts I have and the swingarm... I was only providing cheaper bearings cause these jackshafts are made cheap...
