This is wrong method, try this, reboot into recovery next find the Manage Partitions next click Data then click the check logo after that you will see FORMAT DATA after that just reboot into recovery again, Congrats , thank me later

What you are telling is move to orange fox by installing it after that go to mount in orange fox then click on data and format after that reboot and install a rom, in my case rom was ext supported due to which I can only install ext supportted rom or which i understood thank you so much man from the bottom of my heart.

Bro i want to flash a kernel i backed my previous kernel first , but since i selected read only i can't modify i followed your steps but mine is different in my twrp folder it has backup folder and another file .twrp i don't know if this .twrp is what to delete

You need to delete just the .twrp file. Also you can and might want to move the backup folder to someplace else, like your pc or drive.
