You can download a mod thats called "Extended Road Upgrades" and then just do what you did here 3:13 and upgrade your road to Quay
i started new city after this update and it was absolutely hard af until i produce my own electricity. Electricity is so damn expensive
How is the performance?

The game is ridiculously hard now. So I just unlock everything. It's not even fun after economy 2.
I noticed that could be because of the new expense based on how many tiles you have
@Gerewolf Yes, after I unlocked all tiles the economy is more realistic. It took it from hard to medium difficulty.
