Shanker Jaikishan and Naushaad both are legends. SJ have contributed maximum to bollywood. No one can replace them
Till now no singer could sing these songs. All are difficult songs based on classic. Rafi Saheb fully justified these songs with his rare talent and soft touch of voice. The bhajan Maan Tarpat till today every one likes. Hats off to the singer of the millennium, Rafi Saheb.

देखिये, बात ये थी कि बैजू बावरा के सामने एक फ़िल्म बनाने की योजना बनी और नौशाद साहब के सामने कैम्प था, शंकर जयकिशन साहब का। बैजू बावरा ने नौशाद साहब को जो बुलंदी दी थी,उसकी काट खोजनी जरूरी थी। सो तैयारी शुरू हुई और 3 साल लगी प्रक्रिया में।लेकिन bb के सामने bb की अपार लोकप्रियता से टक्कर लेने की चुनौती थी और लोगों ने आजतक दोनो के बीच यही फर्क किंग। कर्णप्रियता की दृष्टि से ध्यान दें तो बसन्त बहार के गानों में वाद्य यंत्रों का बेहतर समन्वय है।लेकिन फिर जिस काल के हिसाब से फ़िल्म बनी, उसने भी अपना काम किया। बैजूबावरा अकबर के समय की फ़िल्म थी, जो तानसेन जैसे गायक की एक अनाम गायक से बदला लेने की कहानी है और ये कहानी फेमस भी है जबकि बसंत बहार की कहानी कम ही लोग जानते होंगे। टीपू सुल्तान का शासन दकन के इलाके में था और गोपाल जोशी को इतिहास में शायद ही कोई जानता होगा।अंत में यही कि पहले वाले की छाप अमिट होती है,बाद की रचना छाया मात्र ही लगतीं हैं या मान ली जाती हैं।कई बार perception से नुकसान हो जाता है।बसंत बाहर की तुलना एक ज्यादा ठोस ऐतिहासिक घटना से हो गई,जिसका वह मुक़ाबला नहीं कर पायी, जहां तक दर्शकों ,श्रोताओं और विश्लेषकों का सवाल है-रतन
