Totally agree Alex 👍 the best looking Driver. If you managed to get tge spin rate lower it would be a rocket launcher. Just checked my English Dictionary "Solidsey " is not in there.
Scale of 1-10 how forgiving are these drivers. I heard the Z is more forgiving . But the Z is a bit harder to turn over and Z is supposed to be lower spinning but I need a bit more spin as my swing speed is lower. Can’t test them which one would you suggest for me ?? Cheers
The drivers of the year. Don’t listen to the OEM fanboys who parrot the marketing and say the same thing every year. These Mizuno drivers are outstanding. The ST-X is as forgiving as a Ping driver with way better sound and feel. Even better? The stock length is 45 inches, actually playable for most golfers. A Titleist at the same length will not best it. A 45.75 driver is only good for indoor demos, not going to have tight dispersion on a course. Don’t miss the ST-230 if you are trying out new drivers.
great video....which driver head do you think would suit me most ? age is 58....9 to 11 handi cap....driver swing speed 90-94...hit a fairly high straight ball....cheers from Canada
Really tough to say as the models blend so well with eachother this year. If you don't need launch then maybe go for the ST-Z but in all honesty both would suit you very well.
Good spot! My initial thought was that the Z is the “tour” model. Neutral ball flight, that was my first impression. But, as you said, it’s more of an even split! And the results agreed to that
Your delivery is all over the chip shop bud. You can't talk about a clubs lack of ball speed without your strike data and you can't talk about a clubs dispersion without first analysing your face to path.
struggle a bit with face control but smash strike is pretty consistent! My mention of ball speed is relating to when I’ve tested other clubs with the same swing and same strike pattern so it’s applicable.
@@GolfmagicPlus ball speed is a combination of events so if you have an erratic delivery day then it's impossible to compare to other brands. You'd have to find an equivalent face to path, angle of attack and stroke to say one is faster than another, just food for thought is all 👍
