"Don't complain, you have a rood over your head and food on your plate"
    "All lives matter"
Life is full of clichés, and in this video, we discuss the ones that are affecting our mental health. A type of logical fallacies, thought-terminating clichés are hidden in plain sight everywhere, and not always working for the greater good.
With a surprised cameo from Kelly Clarkson!

When I'm down, I dislike it when someone says "Other people have it much worse than you do". This doesn't make me feel better, on the contrary - it makes me feel worse, because now I'm thinking how bad it must be for those other people.

Oh yes... and it's even worse when it's other people saying it. It feels so dismissive.

My least favourite : "Everything happens for a reason,". The one I used the most (I don’t know if I like it or dislike it 😅):“ "It could always be worse"

Right!? I guess it's good to have compassion for others. But it's also not very useful.
