Taiwan was one of my favorite vacations. Best Japanese food than in Japan. GREAT Chinese food. Great people. Very safe and economical. 10 days was not enough. Can’t wait to return.

Curious about the other chicken heart skewers you mentioned. Did you have them when you were in Taiwan or somewhere else? I think they look about the right size so wondering if you are comparing to US chicken hearts. They may be bigger bc they feed more growth hormones to US chickens?

I have a dumb question. I only have 4 days in Taipei. But there's so many night markets!!! Which ones do I go to??? Are they also open during the day??
There are no dumb questions!! You should def go to Shilin night market or Raohe night market as they are the biggest ones in Taipei ☺️ they tend to start opening up around 4pm I believe! Have fun!!
