Absolument magnifique.... une performance de dingue... un timbre sublime qui matche bien avec ce style de musique. La grande classe ! Il va en surprendre plus d'un.... je lui souhaite la victoire de l'Eurovision mais même s'il ne gagne pas, j'ai l'impression qu'il va être remarqué et que les portes vont s'ouvrir pour une belle carrière internationale. Je connais absolument toutes ces chansons, son univers etc., et pourtant je t'avoue qu'un quelconque plagiat me saute pas à l'esprit, donc je suis juste curieuse de savoir où tu vois ça 😅🙃
Unlike at the unimportant Pre Parties, here he showed that he can perform this song. His vocals were almost perfect except for a few notes in the last chorus. I fully expect him to qualify and get a good result in Turin now. Really good!

i am so proud of our entry this year! And you know, being underrated at this point is maybe not a bad thing. This way, Jeremie can prepare himself for the big job without extra pressure. I'm confident he will be on his best level when it matters. GO JEREMIE!
I too am really immensely proud of Belgium and our entry, but I'm also not going to deny that I'm incredibly worried about whether we'll make it at all. When you see how much hate is rising against our country, how many reactions there are with: 'I'd swap Belgium with...' I genuinely don't understand what we're doing wrong. Maybe next year we'll send a great singer like Ibe or Grace. Especially
Ibe with a song like 'Control', 'Table of Fools' or 'Dumb' would be really nice.

@@songsforsusan But that is the problem. Everyone has an opinion on how they want to see something. In London he had no dancers, then people were shouting to bring dancers. Now he has dancers and they have to go. The reactions (apart from this one) that I've read are that people find the dancers an added value. An artist has to stand there with the best feeling, and if that is so, then so be it.
I can still remember Sennek. The whole world shouted that her staging was boring and did not fit the whole experience. But her idea and artistic conviction was like that and it had to stay like that, even though the team wanted to change it. She may not have qualified then, but she believed in it. For me, the dancers are an added value to the song, despite the fact that I might have liked to see more of the backing singers (possibly in a gospel jacket)

Belgium has always had a problem with the staging. Same for this year. The staging does not fit the song: wrong camera angles, wrong lightning, wrong effects. The RTBF does not have the money and the budget to hire professionnal stage & visual directors, in contradiction to a lot of other countries. They DO NOT WANT to learn from their mistakes in the past. Remind my words: this will be a flop. Huge Eliot 2.0 risk.

The staging is way different than this, It’s with the dancers from the clip
His voice already sounds very tired and false towards the end. By 12 May, he will have no voice left if he doesn't get enough rest. Wednesday 11 May and Thursday 12 May he has to complete 4 rehearsals + the semi-final evening. His voice will not survive this. Goodbye finals.
Listen. He practises alot and he has professional help and I dont think you could sing like that…

You have no idea what your talking about, Jeremie takes care of his voice also he's getting better each performance he gets which is scary since I thought this was good already.
