IN VF04 I am not able to see customised billing type instead it showing standard F2 ...why where is control... please make video on it

What is the standard billing type here? And is it order related or delivery related billing?. Can we check whether order/delivery is relevant for billing?. If it’s not relevant, then we might not see this in VF04?
