WE19 used for testing inbound IDOCs

We can use it for both inbound n outbound IDOCS testing.... It creates new IDOC.

Yes. Outbound IDOCs can be tested by triggering output and change pointer configuration, but for inbound IDOCs WE19 is the only way.
