The Himalaya Massive Ritual recording video is pretty great as well!
Thank you! Third track is absolutely amazing!
Awesome track is Himalaya massive ritual, I couldn’t stop listening to it for weeks. It sounds epic! I’m glad you liked it Jim.
Same here!
Thanks forrr side two! BTW: therrre arrre severrral vids of theirrr songs on the tube. Check them out, verrry crrreative! Brrrilliant!
You'rrre verrrry welcome!
This album is so much fun ❣️🤗❤️🎶✨🔥
George Fisher from Corpsegrinder is the vocalist on track 1 here btw.
Cannibal Corpse... not corpsegrinder lol
Nothing pleases me more than a good melody. 🙃🗽
I really didn't believe I was in the mood for Igorrrrrr today. But I literally laughed aloud at your first exclamation of "Okay!" and that set the tone for the rest of the video.
I really enjoyed the symphonic-Himalayan-black-metal track and even the Parisian Death Cafe song wasn't bad.
Looking forward to your Tool concert impressions!
Really glad you continued with it! Himalaya Massive Ritual is one of my favourites from Igorrr, like i'm not a huge fan of the initial transition from the steel drum to the heavy drums but the rest is just so good! If you watch the making of videos it's even better haha, the musicians are outstanding and they made the steel drums themselves from an old empty gas bottle. They sawed it into pieces and welded them back together, cutting some runic looking shapes into the top. They definitely don't shy away from a challenge to get some unique sounds and noises
Now this is what you need to wake up quickly in the A.M.! 👍❤️
Absolutely agree with the strong DT vibes in the instrumentation and "quirkiness" of the music.
A live show ! Wow, good for you! And I should put one of Igorrgrrr as my alarm song in the morning, instead of the mandalorian theme! Wake up wake up, lazy old woman! LoL that's a great change from yesterday's music! Nice surprise for my break at work!
Parpaing is one of the rare Igorrr songs that has lyrics that aren't in Laurent Lunoir's invented language.
That was a great show wasn't it? That sheer drape they had hanging around the stage and the video played on it. And of course they were dead on with the music.
Incredible!
Lol. I almost hate that I love this 🙃
Lol!
You have been exposed now, it’s a slippery slope from here 🤭
um... good? Nice chugging beats; after the Parisian section half expected Jon Anderson to begin piping and to turn the song into a fandango (or sumthin out of place). Bonkers! And, over all too quickly!
That's some Bavarian music there
nah, it's french chanson
Yeah roll the r’s :)
Hello, it's me again, do you know how to add thumbnails to your video, it's like a rectangle on the screen where people click to go to another video, example part one if Igorrrrrr?
Oh yeah, I should probably do that!
@@JimNewstead I have some thumbnails on my videos, on my channel, but they are useless, since only a few people are watching my videos
In the classic "Love's Body", Norman O. Brown considers the possibility that the Tower of Babel story was really about the de-sexualization of speech. So long as people had that deep primal connection to their own speech, so too might others better understand you, at least on that level. Having learned all that, we now look upon you with warm, kind eyes, and speak to you in warm, healing tones. And we are both better off by it. One or two singers still have it, or had it. Jon Anderson. Greg Lake. This caveat attemptor does appear to be in its possession. Nor do those who screech with thin empty voices, like Frankie Valli and other gelded shriekers, who were, peradventure, never told that by simply repeating the word, "Rome" out loud, you can round out that flat voice of yourn, and peace can once again be restored to the kingdom. Poor humans, unlike the soaring and enviable bat, do not have flaps to drown out sawtooth invasions of any pitch. In short, many bands would be improved by muting the singer.
Great comment - that made me chuckle!
Two seconds in and I’m quitting. Totally not my kind of music; I didn’t like the first side either.
Haha! I knew you'd hate this!
@@JimNewstead me too but I tried.
Listened to any of the recommended albums from Klaus Schulze yet?
bit to far for my musical taste jim sorry, can't please everyone.
