mykel7691 hello,,,,I spent a week on Isla Mujeres,,,July 2017. Amazing,,,fell in love with the island,,,I stayed at the Ixchel beach resort on Norte beach,,,,excellent swimming,,,two minute walk to many shops and restraunts ,,,,,if you go in July you can take a boat ride out to swim with the whale sharks. ,,that will be a day I will never forget,,,well worth the $100.00. And for dinner check out "Bally-hoo". Best steak I've ever had,,,,and coconut breaded shrimp, deep fried,,,excellent...!!! I'm headed to Cancun for the week of Xmas 2017 and I plan to take a day and spend it on Isla Mujeres ,,,, Best of luck,,,,hope you take a trip to see the island,,,,the pictures online can't e plain the beauty of the island waters .

En unos días estaré visitando Tulum y estoy con dudas si llevar mi drone Mavic Pro o no por posible temor a que me lo retengan en el Aeropuerto al ingresar o al salir. Hice la consulta a Mercancias Peligrosas de la Aerolinea en la cual viajo y me dijeron que las 2 baterias Lipo estan dentro del rango tolerable para viajar como equipaje de mano. Uds. sabrian decirme si existe algun impedimento con las autoridades de Cancun? Gracias y saludos desde Argentina!
Awesome video! I assume from your shots, that drones are totally fine on the island? I’m going back again in the summer in hopes of shooting with a mavic mini...but i was unsure if they had any restrictions. I know they have the naval base there but I’d assume anywhere else is fine?
I went in September 2019, and i was unable to take off from "punta sur", which is shown at 0:27-0:30. Just make sure to check your flight map which shows the areas that are restricted before you go to a location. I was disappointed that I couldn't take off since I don't fly too high but it is what it is.

I like your video but unfortunately you are destroying it, you are not supposed to touch the sea stars, they died when you touch them. I hope you regret what you did.

Can you tell me where you filmed that cave opening @ 12 seconds?? Was that on isla mujeres? I'm going next month and would love to film there.
It's at Punta Sur at Isla Mujeres...Can't miss it. Great lighting at sunrise you can also see it at :30 seconds in the drone shot.

I stayed in a house on Isla. drove a golf cart. no idea if you can rent one that early or take a taxi
