If your flight is from T2 then you can go to this lounge. When I visited at that time from T2 only domestics flights are flying not international

You can use PNB Axis AU IDFC and some other bank credit card. They accept HDFC as well if HDFC card has lounge facilities

For T2 terminal you should have credit card. According to my experience they accept Icici, axis, PNB, induslnd bank credit card. And no you don’t need to pay from that card for flight ticket. I think they don’t accept HDFC credit card, once check in credit card website they give information about the lounge where there are accepted

Mostly Axis bank credit card, also IDFC PNB credit card. When I went last to last month they didn’t accepted HDFC cards
