Really cool. Definitely going to get in on this. Thanks David. Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks for head's up on this! Just added to my Christmas wish list :) I was thinking about adding my looper pedal to this, but you could actually record loops on Phone (and edit, if need be!)
Great rig! That Joyo stuff is fantastic at the price point! US dream is my fav distortion pedal Eva!
Do you think I can use by Bass with it ?
Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving đŠ
Nice Playing, Brother!!
These are cool, but I use my NUX Mighty Mini BT or Mighty Air. I like the built in drum tracks as well as being able to stream backing tracks. I also use them as BT speakers on the road.
The price point on this item is very nice though. Not sure if I'd have bought the NUX if these had been on sale then.
Hi David, How do you make the connection to the audio interface?
Too daggum cool, thanks - I'm in !
God I would love one of these...
Man i really am just looking for a gigbag pocket practice thing so that but using the internal speakers or maybe some other rechargable product
Does it have to be connect it to an amp? Or it has its own speaker? Thanks
Wow that really seems to be a perfect travel (jam)buddy. Joys has come out with some really neat items in small pkgs. I appreciate it first time Iâve heard of it.âđ»
Zippy Doo does the zoom have a speaker built in? Iâll check it out.
@Zippy Doo I have to agree with you. I have the g1xon that also has a built-in expression pedal and costs exactly the same as this joyo unit. To me these pedals offer a lot more in terms of a practice tool with their built-in looper and drum beats. Add to that several amp models, a built-in tuner, and just about every effect you could ask for and you have something that I believe just offers more value for the money. While they don't have the bluetooth capability they do have an aux input which will accomplish the same thing. I don't really see the bluetooth as a big deal since you're usually sitting right next to the pedal when you're practicing anyway. I use mine to practice in hotel rooms when I'm traveling. I can use either headphones or my bluetooth speaker that I already take with me for playing music anyway. It's a great little setup.
10-4. I Appreciate the info I rely quite a bit on vids, comments when deciding gear. Thanksâđ»đžđ€đ»
Honestly I'm so tired of carrying around heavy gear, it's not even worth it anymore, I'm gonna get a Jam Buddy, a Zoom G1x Four and a powerbank on a small pedal board and that's it, I will have the perfect practice tool for home, without the need of a big amp, and when I need to go to a jam room/practice space or even play live, I'll just take my board and hook it up to the house amp or PA and that's it, convenience and portability !!
@@HeavyInstinct Ohh believe me the bluetooth thing is a godsend, I used to have a doom/stoner band where I would play some audio samples as intros for a few songs and I always had to connect my phone somehow to my pedalboard through some imput or using something like an iRig, this is better ! Plus you can use it as a bluetooth speaker to play your music at home.
what is the difference between the color orange and color black joyo jam buddy?..
Should I get this or the iRig HD 2
Hi, I'm new to looping and bought the jam buddy and don't know how to make it loop by me laying down a rhythm so I can practice lead over. Am I wrong about this? Thank you.
I'm older and I don't like to use a phone for guitar, can I just use guitar straight through the pedal and it will work, also can I use a guitar wireless system on it like a NUX B-5RC instead of blue tooth?
Today is Dec. 10. I tried to enter the giveaway but when I click on the link I get a blank page.

Nice
Can this be used for bass gtrs also?
how does the speaker sound?
Great video! I just ordered a Jam Buddy. Pretty excited to have such a great sounding little amp! Now I can take a guitar with me to kill down time when on road trips! :Update: I received my Jam Buddy and tried it both with the built-in speakers and with a nice set of Sure headphones. The output either way was really too low, and the tonal quality that it gave was tinny and brittle. I was playing my Strat, but even with the neck pickup soloâd and turning down the tone control all the way on the jam Buddy, it sounded really bad, and just not enough volume with the Jam Buddy on the floor. Using the clean channel, I had to place it on the table and turn both the gain and master volume full-on. I returned the unit for a refund.
Then?
@@carloalbertorassaval3275Then what? I already said that I returned it for a refund. I returned it for a refund. End of story.
With the onboard speakers is The jam buddy loud enough to play along with an acoustic guitar ?
Yeah!
Already ordered, àŠà§àŠźàŠš àŠčàŠČà§? đ
when i plug my headphone only one side has a sound? why is that?
Itâs because you are, unfortunately, deaf in one ear. Iâm sorry to be the one to have to tell you. It was a difficult diagnosis to make being that I had such a limited description of the problem. Yet, I am quite confident that I am correct. Thank you.

Sorry but Zoom g1's sound better ( but they don't have bluetooth ) and are far less.
I'd like the same... but without the device! Just a phone app, to do exactly the same.
Samson Eric thereâs lots out there! Irig products or line 6
BIAS FX? Jam Up? Cheap or free, and in headphones will sound MUCH better. I freaked someone out recently by playing guitar through Jam Up, into a solid state power amp, and then a 2x12 cab. When I showed him that the valve head on top wasn't connected, it proved that we shop with our eyes, as well as our ears :O)
Why wouldnât you just use your axe fix with cans?
"The idea is not to have the best studio quality sound in the world." LOL
Ihope i am 1 of those lucky winner of joyo jambuddy sir.
Dull. It's just another stomp box, and not a very good one, either. I expected it to have a metronome, and some drum and bass patterns, built into it.
It has Bluetooth for that very reason. Happy Thanksgiving.
@@jasonbone5121 Bluetooth, so that you can link it to something else that you have to carry around.
