Interesting. I am trying to diagnose myself . I am curious if lymph comes out of the body through menstruation. I seem to have clogged lymph before my periods (swollen ankle, hemorrhoids, spider veins, neck and collarbone pain) and then heavy bleeding. Does lymph drain out of the body?

Please don't try to diagnose yourself - I highly recommend that you go see your medical doctor if you're concerned about your symptoms. All lymph fluid of the human body circulates back through the circulatory system. It is expelled into the extra-cellular space as fluid from leaky arteries, prior to being reabsorbed by lymphatic vessels and back to the heart via veins. If you have enlarged lymph nodes and swelling in your limbs, this should be checked out.
