- British army commonwealth application is currently not open. Unfortunately due to the mass amount of applicants in the pipeline the application process for commonwealth countries is on hold. I do not no when this will be back open, however in this video i give you some tips on what to do in the time you are waiting.

Its because of the covid and an abundant number of applications right? Im eager to join (Royal Navy), im whole-heartedly focused on it. Cant wait..... and what practise and preparation is needed? Should I just buy the DVD on the Royal Navy website which includes all the demonstrations?
I’m gonna say no about the DVD mate don’t waste your money. Using CZcams videos to prepare, there loads of free fitness content that will get you more than ready. The only thing you are required to do is work hard 👍🏻

International student who are already in The UK 🇬🇧 they are also not capable to give recruitment in British Army in 2021. I check-out in there website about sickle cell trait currently not recruiting commonwealth country because of many applications in pipeline. What about international student who are already in UK can’t they give recruitment recent year.
umm i am not sure, the commonwealth application process is ever changing. The best advice i can give you is to either go down to a military career office or ring the national recruitment line (you can google the number). This will take you straight through to CAPITA who will be able to answer your questions.

I really don’t, no one knows at the moment. This is a decision that is made very high up, I will let you know as soon as I know something 👍🏻

@kyle smith...I have basic training on the 3rd October but i was supposed to enter this Tuesday instead of the 3rd but i keep on getting push back and i already pack everything to go....I don't know why
It maybe because people have dropped out and they need to fill the intake up. It’s called op rocket so, when people get to training and can’t continue they need to get people in ASAP so the troop is full. One of my learners has just had this happen and started today.
@@KyleSmithFIT i was booked in again next Tuesday the 13th unfortunately again i couldn't get in..I don't know the reason why they keep on giving recruits date and when time come we keep on getting set back..Why the set back?
@@cklonmckie358 I couldn’t tell you mate, probably just miss communication. Normally you get given plenty of notice.
Maybe just call your recruiter and ask why you keep getting given didn’t different information.

I think they can join as Officers as long as they hit the criteria. 👍🏻

Okey first is age limit and then I need to know race limits and weight limit and all and if I don't have money to buy tickets and visa how can I join the British army
Age limit for commonwealth is 18-32 I believe. I think if you apply they pay for all necessary travel, this something you would have to contact them about cause i am a little unsure.

Different criteria for different roles, best thing to do is apply and see what they say. As long as you can pass the physical requirements you should have a good chance.

As long as it’s not offensive and cannot be seen on a passport photo you should be ok.
Sir, These day's it is said that, currently we are not taking applicant from commonwealth countires and i am from India. Sir, which means even if i have passport,visa and sponsor now and come to UK i still can't join right? Or even as a student?
Yes mate unfortunately the recruiting numbers have been so high that they have stop commonwealth applications for now.
I think you can come to England as a student mate shouldn’t have any problems with that.

The same as everyone else my friend. Pass the 2km/bleep test, pass the med ball throw and the mid thigh pull .

If you have residency, I believe so. 35 is max age for solider entry.

Im working hard to join the Royal Navy as a commonwealth citizen (Pakistan), ill be joining once my B.A finishes by December 2022 or January 2023. I really dont want to loose heart on it just because the applications are closed for commonwealth, right now.
What time of the year one fills the application and applies. Do I have to apply way before? Like, Ill be over with my B.A by December 2022. Therefore id like to know when should I apply? i am really not sure when the applications will be open by my friend. Hopefully it is soon. With regards to starting your application, i would start it as soon as you can. The application process is long so the quicker you can apply the better.

When your put on hold what does it mean?
It means your application is on paused, there could be a few reasons. I would call and ask what that reason is so you can correct it if possible.

I dont see why not, there is a lot of commonwealth officers. Maybe worth speaking to the Army Careers Office see what they say.

@@profanator107 there is no information on when it will be open again. I believe you will need a sponsor just like most other commonwealth entries but this maybe something you need to ask the careers office.

That is awesome, the only real tips i can give at the moment is keep preparing physically. Eventually the application process will open again for commonwealth applicants.
The reason I believe it is closed is due to the British Army reducing numbers and due to COVID-19. A lot of people have been left unemployed and joining the Armed Forces is a great way to get a steady and rewarding career.
As soon as i see any change in this I will make a video to keep you up to date, I know it can be hard to keep track of from another country.

@@lallawmkimi1777 everything medical is taken on a case by case basis, they will look after past and current medical condition, then make a decision from there.
