Thank you! I use Velcro on the backs of the pieces to stick to the flannel board. I also like to use self-adhesive magnetic dots when I want to use our magnetic board. For the bed activities, I have Velcro on the bed and Velcro on the backs of the pieces that stick to the bed. Just make sure you are using the loop on one and the hook on the other so that they will actually stick together.

Thank you for sharing all your wonderful ideas. I was looking for the polar bear finger puppets I think my littles would love them. Can you let me know where I can purchase them?

Unfortunately I don't know where they came from. Teachers throughout the years have added stuff to our theme bins. I always check Amazon first to see if it's there, but I could not find the polar bears, sadly. Edited later: I found them! Are the two year olds able to identify a number to know how many buttons to put on their snowman? I love how your two/three year olds sit and do as you have things set up.

Some are and some aren't. At this age most of them just like putting the pom poms on the circles of the cards (fine motor). Also, for this age group I would never put all 10 out. Just 1-3 to start with and add more if I feel they are ready. One of my followers just told me she uses these at the playdough table so they can roll balls to place on the circles - I love that! This activity is definitely one that can be used with older preschoolers since it involves recognizes numbers and counting to 10.

Where did you get the little gold snowflakes?

We've had those for years, and I believe they were donated. They were actually part of a garland, all strung together. We snipped them apart and there were so many!
